Postponed until October 6 (originally scheduled for July 7th)- Nature Photography at Corbin Hill

The Oblong Land Conservancy is proud to host a Free nature photography workshop with professional photographer Lori Adams, co-sponsored with Harlem Valley Appalachian Trail Community (HVATC). Focal length, depth of field, shutter speed, ISO, white balance and resolution will be discussed and put into play during the walk.

Space is limited. You must Register below. You may bring up to 2 guests.

Where to meet: The entrance to the Corbin Hill property is located south of the Dover Oak Tree on West Dover Road. Look for Oblong Land Conservancy signs.

What to bring: Appropriate clothing and footwear (light clothes, high socks, hiking shoes or boots), tick/bug repellant and sunscreen.

Bring cameras and lenses you have questions about. Macro, telephoto, extension tubes, monopods, all welcome. (Tripods may be cumbersome.) While camera phones are welcome, this workshop is geared toward cameras with more controls.

In Case of Rain: If it is raining, we will have to postpone this event. If rain is in the forecast, bring a light rain jacket. If in doubt, call or text Dorian Winslow's cell phone at 917-734-7331.
